The Board of Directors for the Teakwood Plantation Homeowners Association consists of up to seven persons. Generally, each Board member serves a 2-year term, with 4 members being elected one year, and 3 members being elected the following year. This provides for continuity on key issues even though new members may be elected to the Board each year.
The Board of Directors consists of:
Bob Brohm, Bill Clamp, Ed Cochan, Ellis Johnson, Nancy Lamar, Carol McMahan and Patti Monnen.
The Architectural Review Committe (ARC) consists of five Board-appointed members. The ARC members serve on the ARC until they resign or new ARC members are appointed by the Board to replace them. The current ARC members are:
Bill Clamp, Jesse Lamar, Carol McMahan, Bud Monnen, and Ron Van Pelt.
